New Day Recovery Inc., believes in a number of values as guiding principles to accomplish our mission and to achieve our vision for the future.  We recognize and value empowering the staff in an effort to assist them in participating in creating a more effective, efficient, safe and valuable process that better serves clients.

New Day understands the value of meeting the needs of the consumer and utilizing consumer feedback as a cornerstone goal of a solid quality management program.  New Day strongly values consumer satisfaction and welcomes feedback from consumers concerning the delivery of services and other consumer-satisfaction issues that may require agency attention.
